James Bennett is the Founder and Managing Director of SNS Telecom & IT, a market intelligence and consulting firm that specializes in the telecommunications and information technology industries, with a particular focus on dissecting and analyzing some of the most technically complex segments and their future evolution. Under his leadership, the company has built a client base ranging from incumbent wireless infrastructure vendors and national mobile operators to small start-ups, through syndicated market research reports and databases, annual service subscriptions and sponsored research. James also co-founded and successfully divested SNS Research, a sister market intelligence business unit specializing in the digital health, biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors.
James has over 35 years of experience across multiple facets of telecommunications and information technology, including mainframe computers with IBM, transmission and switching with Marconi, network planning and optimization with Aircom International, RAN engineering for the very first third-generation cellular networks in the Middle East, systems integration for one of the world's first city-wide mobile video surveillance solutions deployed by the Abu Dhabi Police, consulting on one of the largest optical fiber network rollouts undertaken by a state-owned operator in South Asia and a satellite television set-top box manufacturing venture.

Asad Khan is responsible for overseeing 5G, 6G and wireless technology research programs. Asad has authored reports covering traditional RAN, small cells, Open RAN, AI-RAN, mobile core, xHaul transport, network automation, private networks and critical communications, as well as specialized vertical-specific research for public safety, defense, utilities, railways and other sectors.
As a recognized thought leader in the wireless industry, Asad's work has helped shape understanding of private 5G, shared spectrum, public safety broadband and other emerging technology trends ahead of mainstream adoption. His perspectives are sought out by vendors, service providers and policymakers, and his research, analysis and comments are frequently cited by key industry players and renowned publications.
Prior to joining SNS Telecom & IT in 2016, Asad held R&D, engineering, product management and strategy roles at Motorola Solutions over a tenure of eight years. Asad holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing and an MSc with distinction in Communications Systems Engineering from the University of Portsmouth.

Ofir Zemer is an accomplished enterprise software and telecom systems executive with more than 30 years of experience in product strategy, global sales, and venture capital investment. He has a strong record of driving telecommunications innovation, with expertise in mobile network automation, multi-vendor RIC (RAN Intelligent Controllers) and AI-powered SMO (Service Management and Orchestration) architectures.
Most recently, Ofir served for more than three years as a Vice President at Qualcomm following its acquisition of Cellwize. In that role, he helped integrate Cellwize’s AI-powered RAN automation technologies into Qualcomm’s global product portfolio and 6G edge-AI strategy.
As an Advisory Board member at SNS Telecom & IT, Ofir applies his deep expertise in Open RAN, 5G-Advanced and autonomous network ecosystems to help shape the firm’s competitive intelligence roadmap and market research priorities, supporting operators and vendors as they plan for 6G infrastructure.

John Griebling provides network architecture consulting and advisory services for all facets of industrial communication systems. John’s expertise spans more than forty years architecting a broad range of network solutions across the defense, commercial telecommunications, internet service provider, oil & gas and utility industries. Since 2003, he has focused exclusively on developing private optical and wireless communication systems for utility companies in the United States and internationally. John recently retired after 10 years at Itron, where he led network product development strategy for optical, public and private cellular, and wireless mesh systems for the Itron advanced metering infrastructure (Riva, GEN 5 Riva), grid edge intelligence, grid management and smart city solution portfolios.
Prior to Itron, John held senior business and technology leadership roles at ABB, MFS Communications Company, UUNET, Level 3 Communications and the U.S Army.
